Nothing major to see in the report very minor repairs and nothing that should impact a conventional loan approval, I will be addressing many of the minor items(GFI outlets , ridge vent cap, ect) before closing but $175K is the “as is” price. The only reason were selling is because were big mountain skiers with newly purchased mountain property in Utah. Property values in Somerset Wi have already risen by 15% over the last 2 years with bridge build progress.
